1. Who we are

Jev Model Guide (jevmodel.org) is an independent third-party tool operated by an independent developer. It is not the official TypeSafe service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TypeSafe AI. Mentions of “Jev” and “TypeSafe” are nominative references that describe compatibility and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

2. Accounts

You can try the playground with a small guest allowance, and you must sign in to keep using it or to create API keys. New accounts receive a one-time signup token grant; there is no daily reset. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your jevmodel.org API keys secret. We may suspend accounts or keys used for abuse, multi-account signup farming, or attempts to bypass limits.

3. Input tokens

Successful requests through the playground or /v1/systemone charge input tokens only. Output is free. Requests that fail upstream are returned to your balance automatically. The first sign-in grants 100,000 input tokens once. One-time packs never expire. Subscription tokens are granted for the billing period (a yearly plan grants the full year up front) and unused paid tokens roll over. Tokens have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal or harmful content, to harass or harm others, to disrupt or overload the service, to circumvent limits, or to train models that imitate Jev output. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or private customer information. Do not present Jev’s automated judgments as decisions made by a human.

6. Your content

You retain rights to the text you submit and the questions you define. Submitted state and questions are sent to the upstream model provider to produce the result and are not used by us for any other purpose.

7. No warranty and liability

The service depends on third-party model providers and is provided “as is”, without warranties. Model outputs are probabilistic; you are responsible for how your software acts on them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
